The aim of our project was strengthening
the capacity of local youth organizations and improving the quality of
implementation of non-formal education in youth works on local level through
enhancing knowledge and skills of the people who has experience as youth
workers, youth leaders, volunteers or facilitators on designing and producing
innovative learning games in the frame of the themes; social inclusion of
disadvantaged groups, active participation, European citizenship and democracy
and empowering local youth organizations by building new networks and future
partnerships.
From 7 country (Croatia, Greece, Italy, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey) 28 participants came together in our project in Kıyıköy.
We used non-formal learning methods as experiential learning and tools as learning games, the activities will be held in methods like drama, simulations, group debates, presentations, brainstorms and role-plays.

Goals Of The Project:
-Empowering the non-formal learning in youth field especially on local level,
-Empowering the role of the youth workers, youth institutions and international dimension of youth works,
-Enabling the realization of learning
games on local dynamics by providing the adaptation of
learning games to the local needs,
-Supporting the recognition
of non-formal and informal learning by contributing the process of
designing and implementation of innovative learning games,
-Empowering the non-formal learning in youth field especially on local level,
-Empowering the role of the youth workers, youth institutions and international dimension of youth works,
-Disseminating the
use of learner-centered practices and the
learning outcomes-based educational approaches, developing suitable assessment and certification processes,
-Developing the basic and transversal skills as entrepreneurship, digital skills and multilingualism in the field of youth.
